Research that should be included:
1. Brief introduction of the artist
a. When were they alive/working?
b. Where are they from?
c. Where did they study art?
d. What was happening in the art world at the time?
e. Were they famous?
f. Did they make money doing their art?
2. Describe the art (style, type, purpose)

b. Were there other artists creating similar things?
c. What inspired this artist to create?
3. The mediums and techniques used

You will be PRESENTING your research. This can be in the form of a PowerPoint or Prezi, any other format must be approved by me first.
Include at least 5 images, one of which should be a picture of the artist himself/herself.
Tell us about the images you include: title, medium, date, etc.
Present for about 1-2 minutes, highlighting key points.
Worth 50 points each
*You may not do this work in class. Class time is for working on projects! No credit will be given for this assignment if class time is used to complete it.
** No repeats of artists! Coordinate with each other so you do not choose the same artist as someone else.
